Alfred N. Mitchell

Aiken-Alfred Noilton Mitchell, 80, died Wednesday, December 9, 2009. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 15, 2010 at 2p.m. in the chapel at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home, with the Rev. Don Soule officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Mr. Mitchell, loving husband, father, and grandfather, was born in Villa Rica, GA to the late Sally Kate Golden Mitchell and Euel E. Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell was a member of Grace Brethren Church and worked in construction. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Dorothea Faro Mitchell ; a daughter, Marcia (Wayne) Morris, Fort Mill, SC, and three sons Ray Neal (Linda) Mitchell, Willmington, SC, Scott Mitchell, Windsor, SC, and Norris (Debra) Mitchell, Buford, GA.
