AIKEN- Mr. Donnie Ray Fox, 50, died Saturday, December 19, 2009 from injuries received in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 23, 2009 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home with the Rev. Jamie Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in Redds Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bennie Dicks, Lee Hallman, Buddy Goldman, George Deweese, Matt Johnson, Preston Fox, Jeff Johnson and Kevin Harrison. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray’s Tavern Tuesday Night Pool League. Mr. Fox was a lifelong resident Aiken, SC, a son of Grace Gantt Fox and the late Thomas O’Dell Fox. He was an electrician for Harrison Electric Co. Mr. Fox is survived by his daughter Chelsea Fox of Aiken, mother Grace Gantt Fox of Aiken, a granddaughter Aaliah Lane of Aiken, sister Sherry (Jeff) Corbett of Aiken, SC, a brother Gene (Sandra) Fox of Aiken, SC, a nephew Preston Thomas Fox, Victoria Grace Woodard and Constance Rebekkah Woodard. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 22 from 6 to 8 PM at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home, and at other times at his brother and sister-in- laws home, 8 Shaws Crest Dr., Aiken, SC 29801.
