Mary Hutchinson Belcher

Aiken-Mary Hutchinson Belcher, 90, died Feb. 18 at Aiken Regional Medical Center. She was born in Lowndesville, SC to the late Mallie B. and Mary Kelly Hutchinson. She moved to Aiken in 1958, member of First Presbyterian Church and a homemaker. She was a loving mother, grandmother and loved to cook. She always extended her southern hospitality to everyone she met. She was married to the late Earl L. Belcher, Sr. Survivors include her loving sons, Cleaburne Belcher and Norman (Sandra) Belcher of Aiken. Other survivors include grandchildren, Caleb Belcher, Cecilia Belcher, Cole Belcher, Steven Belcher, P.J. Brown; great grandchildren, Anthony Brown, Hayden Brown; and a sister, Marie Hutchinson, Lowndesville, SC. A son, Earl L. Belcher, Jr. preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Monday, Feb. 22 at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. David Cozad and Jane Keisler officiating. Interment will be private at Aiken Memorial Cemetery.
