Robert Leroy McDanel

Aiken, SC- Mr. Robert LeRoy McDanel, 86, died Thursday, June 17, 2010. He is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Trunick McDanel. Mr. McDanel was the son of Edna Parsons and Orrie Rollo McDanel. He was born in New Brighton PA. Other survivors include two sons, Randy L. (Diane) McDanel of Carnegie, PA, Jeffrey R. (Christine) McDanel, Aiken, five grandchildren, Michael McDanel, Matthew McDanel, Ashley McDanel, Brian McDanel, and Spephanie McDanel. Four greatgrandchildren, Megan Katherine McDanel, Shawn McDanel, Shane McDanel, and Brendon McDanel. Mr. McDanel was a Navy Veteran of WWII and served as a police officer with the Carnegie, PA police department. He was of the Protestant faith.
