AIKEN, SC -- SHARON ELAINE ALLEN MOODY, 56, of Myrtle Beach, SC died Sunday, July 11, 2010 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA. Sharon was born January 13, 1954 in Georgetown, SC to Howard and Mary Springs Allen. She grew up in Georgetown and Aiken, and was a homemaker. Sharon formerly worked as a caretaker for the elderly and loved NASCAR. Survivors, in addition to her mother Mary of New Ellenton, SC, include a daughter, Katherine S. Hinson and granddaughter, Daisy La'Mour Bibbs of Myrtle Beach, and three sisters; Linda Coker Eaddy, Kingstree, SC, Patty Allen (Larry) Hutto, Aiken and Tina Allen (Jason) Bryant, Windsor, SC The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home.
