Betty Nodine Thompson

Betty Nodine Thompson, 78, formerly of 303 Jerry’s Folly Road, widow of W. Keith Thompson, died August 26, 2010 at God’s Haven of Rest. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late J.W. and Ella Burton Nodine, she was a retired employee of PYA Monarch and a member of Millbrook Baptist Church, Aiken. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Stan and Edie Thompson of Aiken; a brother, Herbert Nodine of Greenville; a sister, Isola Terry of Greenville; two grandchildren, Bryan and Jonathan Thompson and one great-grandchild Ethan Christopher Thompson. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at Wood Mortuary, Greer, SC, officiated by the Rev. Malcolm Nodine. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 12:00-1:30 p.m. Monday at Wood Mortuary. The families are at their respective homes.
