AIKEN - Mr. Richard A. Miller, 67, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010 at his residence. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday from 5-7 PM at Palmetto Golf Club. Mr. Miller was born in Milwaukee, WI, a son of the late Alois Albert and Myrtle Tetzlaff Miller. He had been a resident of Aiken since 2001, and worked in the Pro Shop at Palmetto Golf Club. He attended the PGA school, was a member of the PGA, and worked as a Golf Pro in Wisconsin and Florida. He excelled in a life-long career in sporting good sales He is survived by his loving partner, Marcia Holm; daughter, Jodi (Dean) Symens, Duluth, MN; two sons, Timothy (Christine) Miller, Cleburne, TX, Jeffrey (Kris) Miller, Maple Grove, MN; six grandchildren, Breanna Symens, Bryce Symens, Samantha Miller, Zachary Miller, Marissa Miller and Wyatt Miller; a sister, Lynn (Gerald) Sandall, Waukesha, WI; a brother, James Miller, Ladysmith, WI.
