AIKEN, SC -- LOUISE GRACE CUPP, 81, beloved wife of Charles W. Cupp, III, died Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A native of Mullins, SC, Mrs. Cupp was a daughter of the late Jessie and Ruby Cooper Cook. She moved to Aiken 59 years ago, and retired from Southern Bell. She was a member of Millbrook Baptist Church and the Telephone Pioneers of America. Mrs. Cupp was a beloved wife and mother. She loved to cook and enjoyed fishing. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Charles W. Cupp III, a son, Chuck Cupp IV, Aiken, a sister, Mildred (Gene) Huggins, Bennetsville, SC, a niece, Cindy Huggins and nephew, Nelson Huggins, both of Bennetsville, SC, a very dear, lifelong friend, Margaret Holley Taylor, Aiken and her god-daughter, Patti Street, Aiken. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home, 715 East Pine Log Rd., Aiken, SC. Interment will follow in Montmorenci First Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pete Frommer, Mike Hunt, Richard Abney, John Cromer, David Turno and Ed Coward. Carroll Busbee will be an honorary pallbearer. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to Montmorenci First Baptist Church, 37 Old Barnwell Rd., Aiken, SC 29801.
