AIKEN - Ms. Marjorie Gail Fowler, 65, died Saturday, November 27, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday in the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel, Hayne Ave., with the Reverend Brian McCutchen officiating. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Ms. Fowler was born in Orangeburg, SC, a daughter of the late Fred and Martha Barnette Fowler. She taught in the Aiken County School system for 20 years, dedicating her life to teaching others. She is survived by her two sons, Mike Caldwell, Jr., Lexington, SC, Duncan (Shawna) Caldwell, Aiken; two grandchildren, Alexandria Claire Caldwell and Sara Jordan Caldwell; a sister, Brenda Becker, Aiken, a brother, Donald Fowler, Augusta, GA.
