Alfred Paul Lista

AIKEN, SC – Lt. Col. Alfred Paul Lista, USAF Retired, 100, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at his residence. Born in Long Branch, NJ., Lt. Col. Lista was a son of the late Paul G. and Lucy DeNucci Lista. He served in the USAF during WWII, the Korean War, the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Vietnam War. Survivors include a granddaughter, Alista (Bealer) Blose; nieces, Hollie L. Watson, Charleston, SC, LuAnn Aschettino, Barnegat, NJ, Nancy Policastro, Hobe Beach, FL; nephews, Todd H. Lista, Aiken and Joel C. (Tracie) Lista of Charleston. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alberta E. Ferris Lista, daughter; Patt J. Bealer; son; Paul T. Lista; brother, Joe J. Lista and sister-in-law, Margaret S. Lista. Lt. Col. Lista will be interred next to wife in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
