Bernice Boyd Riley

AIKEN, SC - Bernice Boyd Riley went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2020. She died peacefully in her sleep at the age of 99. She was the last surviving child of Alonzo and Fannie Boyd. She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace T Riley, Sr, a son Robert Wayne Riley, a grandson, Randolph Scott Riley and 13 siblings. She was a charter member of Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Tracy (Andrea) and Steve; a granddaughter, Melissa; three grandsons, Tucker, Thomas (Danielle) and Rob, and a great-granddaughter Nora Kate. Bernice loved her family deeply, far more than she loved herself. A private graveside service will be held in Sunset Memory Gardens with The Rev. Bill Howard III officiating.
