Brandon Edward Krusiewig

On November 30, 2022 our beloved son Brandon Edward Krusiewig went home to be with the Lord at the age of 41.  Brandon is survived by his parents Kathy Morin Krusiewig and Ed Krusiewig; sisters, Missy Krusiewig and Lisa Krusiewig; aunts, Christine Morin Morrison and Laurie Morin Klein; uncle, Dave Morin and best friend Rusty Rogers.

Brandon was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Spring Valley, CA.  In 2019 he moved to Aiken, SC with his mom to be closer to his dad and sister.  When he was very little, he liked hanging out in Lisa’s room, good times with his big sister.  Brandon loved the outdoors, camping at the lake and walking the trails at the parks with Missy.  He enjoyed flying his drones, archery and watching the TV show The Walking Dead.  He traveled cross country exploring the USA with his friend Rusty.  He had a spirit and determination that could not be tamed.  Everyone loved Brandon!

God blessed us with Brandon July 6, 1981 when we adopted him and then gave him back to us in 2017 after he suffered a major heart attack.  We had 5 more years with Brandon before God took him home.

Brandon was a gift that brought light into so many lives.  Who could resist the twinkle in those aqua blue eyes or his witty sense of humor.  He loved life and all it had to offer, he lived it to the fullest.

His dream of going to Alaska was fulfilled in May of 2022.  We saw majestic eagles flying by our balcony, glaciers and unbelievably beautiful scenery.  It was an amazing special time; I have never seen him so happy.

We will miss our Baby Boy, our Bubba, the light of our life.  He could always make us laugh.  He has loved the movie “Oliver” since he was 5yrs old.  To this day, we would watch the movie and dance around the house singing the songs we knew by heart. That’s the silly uninhibited Brandon we all love. 

Our hearts are broken but knowing he is in Jesus’ loving arms is our comfort.

Funeral services will be held at Calvary Chapel Aiken, 1411 E. Pine Log Rd. Aiken, SC 29803 on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 2 pm.
