Clair Lee Haupt

AIKEN, SC - Mr. Clair L. Haupt, age 73, beloved husband of 53 years to Shirley Whitney Haupt, entered into eternal rest on May 6, 2018.He is survived by his wife and three sons, Jeffery Haupt (Alyssa), sons Jonah and Caleb; Jon Haupt (Amy), children Madison and Aidan and Abbie; James Haupt (Kathy), children Alex, Ben, Kiki and Joey, all of whom live in Michigan. Clair was born in Alpena, Michigan and moved to Aiken in May of 1999. He was known throughout the Aiken area as Mr. Dollar Tree and retired in 2011.Church services will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church on Saturday, May 12th at 2:00. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 1:00. A graveside service in Alpena, Michigan will be held July 1, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mended Hearts of Aiken 294, P. O.
