AIKEN, SC - Dylan Benjamin Bolt, 31, beloved son of Tanja McCluskey Bolt and the late Tony Carl Bolt, Sr. passed away August 1, 2018 at ASU hospital in Augusta, Georgia. He is the grandson of Douglas and Faye McCluskey of Aiken, S.C. and the late Melba and Carl Bolt of New Ellenton, S.C. He is survived by his brother, Tony Carl Bolt, Jr.
Dylan had a passion for adventure, being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid adrenaline sports fan, mastering the longboard and snowboard while working in the mountains of Colorado for two years. He loved music, playing his guitar and even writing and recording his own songs. He loved to make people laugh and was quick to entertain his family and friends with his newest jokes.
Dylan accepted the Lord as his Savior under the leadership of the late Reverend Michael Dyar. He was a member of South Aiken Baptist Church and enjoyed going on missions trips with his youth group there.
He loved his family and never met a stranger. He was loving, giving and will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him.
