On October 19th, 2021, Evelyn Hallen of Aiken, SC, formally of Washington, DC and the Metro area, passed away at the age of 91, Beloved wife of the late Samuel Hallen, devoted mother of Andrew (Tracy) Hallen, Lori (Bruce) Fried, grandmother of Jason, Shanna, Danielle and Adam, great-grandmother of Jackson, Alice, Luke, Julia and James. Evelyn enjoyed being active in her communities and had a love of the arts.
