James “Bryan” Trevor Randall

AUGUSTA, Ga. - James “Bryan” Trevor Randall, 38, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, March 1, 2024.  Bryan was born in Aiken S.C. to the late James C. Randall and Terry Davis Randall, on February 12, 1986.

   Bryan graduated from South Aiken High School in 2005, and enrolled at Aiken Technical College graduating with a degree in Graphic Design. Before becoming an accomplished journalist, he began his career at WAGT NBC 26 in February 2011. In April 2016, he took his news expertise to WFXG Fox 54, where he was their Digital Executive Producer for 7 years, before returning to Television Park for a job with WJBF’s Digital News Team in October 2023. Bryan was a beloved member of the local news community in the CSRA.

   Outside of his passion for journalism, Bryan was a lover of video games, comic books, and anime; hobbies he shared with his closest friends. Bryan also greatly enjoyed cooking dishes for friends and family, especially pasta and took great pride sharing his mom’s famous cookies with his family to keep the tradition alive.

   Bryan is survived by his sister, Jamie Randall Johnson (Brian), his nieces, Chelsea Johnson, Kendall Johnson Coulter (Benjamin), Presley Jane Johnson, his nephew, Slayton Johnson (Lilly), his great nephew Wyatt Dempsey, his aunts, Beverly Randall Hillman (Mike), Vickie Reynolds (Mannie), Kim Matlock and his cousins, Renee Henry, Zachary Wilkie, Angie Boyd (Jamey), Joe Reynolds (Emily), Kristin Waide (Ray) , his Papa Doug Callahan and very close friend Lyda Day and her son Obi who was Bryan’s god son, not to mention the many friends who were like family to him.

   The family will have visitation on March 23, 2024 at The Barn at Double J Ranch 453 Slide Hill Rd Johnston S.C. 29832 beginning at 4 pm followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 5pm- until. Please come and share your favorite “Little” Bryan memory.
