RICHMOND HILL, GA – James Jackson Green, 89, beloved husband of Betty Christian Green, passed away April 24, 2018 at Aiken Regional Medical Center.A native of Palatka, Florida, James was the son of the late Clarence and Mildred Chesser Green. He was in the Navy and worked as a construction engineer.
