Joseph "JB" Moseley

Aiken – Mr. Joseph Benjamin “JB” Moseley, 69, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023.

JB was a lifelong resident of Aiken, and son of the late Wilson Woodrow and Thelma Rawl Moseley. He was in scheduling management at the Savannah River Plant for over 30 years. JB truly lived life to the fullest by hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with family. He had several favorite places where he spent most of his time. One was at home working in his garden and tinkering with wood in the shop. He loved working and hunting his land at Moseley Hill Farms in Edgefield, SC. He also enjoyed boating and fishing on Lake Murray and in the creeks at Edisto Island.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sara Brown Moseley; sons, Joseph Benjamin “Joe” Moseley, Jr., Aiken, Jacob Daniel Moseley, Aiken; daughter, Annette (James) Busbee, Aiken; grandson, Jackson Lloyd Busbee; brother, Glenn (Patricia) Moseley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to the staff at Day Break for the years of care and help they have given to him and the family.

He will be missed dearly but never forgotten. He will live on in our hearts and memories.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM, Monday, December 18, 2023, at the funeral home. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
