James Randall "Randy" Weeks

AIKEN, SC - Mr. James Randall "Randy" Weeks, Jr., 66, died Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at his home. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Clear Water Branch Baptist Church with The Rev. Mike Catoe officiating. Interment will be held in the church cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 2:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Danny Rutland, Justin Rutland, David Weeks, Jr., Sam Smith, Robert Studley III, Bob Studley and Mike Cornwell. Randy was born in Aiken and is the son of James Randall Weeks, Sr. and Harriette Kilgore Weeks. He was the retired owner of Weeks Transport and was a member of Clear Water Branch Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter, Miranda Dawn Weeks (Sam Smith) Aiken; loving companion, Bonnie Richardson, Randi Nicole Weeks, whom he raised and loved as his own; sister, Sylvia Weeks (Bob) Studley, Perry, GA; brother, David W. (Nina) Weeks, Summerville, SC; eight grandchildren; Danny Rutland, Justin Rutland, Brandon Rutland, Olivia Greenhill, DJ Greenhill, Alex Weeks, Johnathan Weeks, James Weeks and one great-grandchild, Kelsey (Doodle) Rutland. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Renea W. Greenhill; son, Joshua Randall Weeks; one granddaughter, Taylor Marie Weeks and a brother, Benson Weeks.
