Jeffery Neal Walker

AIKEN, SC - On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, Jeffery Neal Walker, surrounded by dear family and friends, saddled up his horse and rode off into the sunset for the last time.      He was the only son of Ernest ‘Pincher’ and Helen Brazell Walker, born March 6, 1951. He is survived by his mother, sisters, Paulette Gardner and Sonjia Hunter, brother-in-law Ervin ‘Erv’ Hunter, several nieces, one nephew, grand-nieces and nephews, his long-time companion, Julie Snyder, and his “girls,” Gidget and Dusty.       Jeff leaves behind a legacy of craftsmanship and horsemanship, as well as a knack for taking care of and training animals, all of which, were his passions. He was a strong supporter of his alma mater, Clemson University. He was a fixture in a tight group of great friends in Aiken, whom are considered family. He will forever be remembered for his contributions to the community, his family, and friends. May he “Rest in Peace”.      There will be a Celebration of Life held January 13, 2018, at the Solid Rock Baptist Church, Aiken, SC, at 1:00 PM. We welcome all friends and family to attend.
