AIKEN – Mr. Joel Perrin Lambert, 63, died Monday, January 1, 2018.
Joel was born in Orangeburg, SC, a son of the late Joel and Peggy Jo Lambert. He lived in the Aiken area his entire life, was a welding instructor, a member of the Sons of the Confederacy, Aiken Masonic Lodge 156, and was a Military Timeline WWII Re-enactor.
He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Lambert, Aiken, Stefanie Ventura, Aiken, Erin Ventura, Ft. Worth, TX, Robyn Craycraft, Aiken; 12 grandchildren; sister, Betty Walters, Elberton, GA; ex-wife and best friend, Monique Lambert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Autism Association (www.autism-society.org), the Ronald McDonald House (https://www.rmhc.org), or the Alzheimer’s Association (https://www.alz.org).
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock the Aiken VFW with Chaplain Dexter Lambert officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
