Joseph Anthony Gregorio

Joseph A. Gregorio passed away on December 4, 2023 after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Joe was born in Jersey City, NJ and was the son of the late Joseph J. Gregorio and Rosemary Gregorio of Union City, NJ.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Teresa Blasdell, of Denville, NJ. Joe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan Gregorio, (nee) Trainor, his sons Timothy Gregorio and his fiancé Jackey of Highland Park, California, and Matthew Gregorio, his wife Nicole and granddaughter Gianna of Sparta, NJ. Brother-in-law John Trainor and his wife Denise, sister-in-law Jayne Trainor and her husband Kevin Auen and nephew Jack Auen of New Hampshire. He is also survived by many cousins, including Jeanne Ristaino of Jersey City, NJ, Sara and Denise Bloomer of Virginia.

Joe was a lifelong resident of New Jersey until moving to Windsor 3 years ago. First and foremost, Joe loved his children and family, and spending time with them. He enjoyed anything to do with auto racing, working on cars and machinery and horse carriages, and lending a hand to anyone who needed one. He also took great joy in taking care of his donkeys who made him smile every day.

A family service will be held in New Jersey at a later date.
