Julia Eloise Tilley Real Potts

Aiken – Mrs. Julia Eloise Tilley Real Potts, 94, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018. Mrs. Potts was born in Fayette, AL, a daughter of the late Everett Bone Tilley and Martha Florence Porter Tilley.  She had been a resident of the area for 15 years, and attended First Baptist Church, Aiken.  She was a former banker and volunteered with the Oakwood Windsor Elementary School Foster Grandparents Program. Survivors include her daughter, Vicky (Jim) McCullough, Aiken; son, Talmadge “Butch” Edward (Nancy) Real, Selma, AL; grandchildren, Heather West, Bo McCullough, Dr. Tommy McCullough; great grandchildren, Emily West, Tucker West, Murray McCullough, Rett McCullough, Tristan Real; step grandchildren, Lauren Lightfoot, Ivy Lightfoot, Sam Abbott; numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Tom Real and Van Buren Potts, a grandson, Tracey Real, and brothers, James Tilley, Glenn Tilley, Bravell Tilley, Bill Tilley.
