Kalwant R. Jindal

AIKEN, SC- Kalwant Jindal, 72, beloved husband of Kaushalya Bansal Jindal, died Tuesday, February 6th, 2018. Born in Mansa, India he was a son of the late Kesar and Parmatma Jindal. Kalwant came to Aiken, SC from India in 1976 to pursue his Bachelor of Accounting degree at Aiken Technical College. He worked for the Graniteville Company for ten years and GlaxoSmithKline Company for 30 years. Kalwant is survived by his wife, two sons, Sanjeev and Rajeev and their spouses Shubhangana and Meenu,  one daughter, Indu  and her spouse, Tarun , six grandsons, Akhil and his wife Monika, Akshay, Vishal, Ranjan, Amit and Sahil, an older brother, Jaswant Jindal and his family, a younger brother, Vinod Jindal and his family and a paternal Uncle, Ram Saroop and his family. A traditional Hindu service and receiving of friends will be held at 2 PM on Friday, February 9th in the chapel of Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home.
