Kimberely Gomillion

Kimberely Gomillion, 25, was a very creative, compassionate and loving young lady who unexpectedly passed away on January 11, 2025 during a striped bass fishing tournament.

Kimberely was born March 23, 1999 in Jamaica, NY to the proud parents of Kelvin and Silvia Gomillion, sister to Dominick Gomillion. The family moved to Aiken, SC in 2004.

Kimberely attended the University of South Carolina in Aiken, SC where she majored in Fine Arts. She spent her short career working at the University of South Carolina as a Scholarship and Grant Coordinator.

She loved to bake and she spent a great deal of time outdoors camping, hiking and fishing. She also enjoyed creative writing, drawing, painting, listening to music and playing with her cats Wall-e and Eva, and dog Bubba. 

Kimberely leaves behind to cherish her memory: her mother and father Silvia P. Gomillion and Kelvin R. Gomillion of SC; two brothers Dominick (Aliyah) Gomillion of SC and Rico (Triyonna) Douglas of Fl; three grand parents Frances Gomillion of NY, Peter Pancak and Helena Pancakova of Slovakia; four Nieces and Nephews Autumn Gomillion of SC, Ali Douglas, Taj Douglas and Annaya Douglas all of Fl; two aunts Carolynix Gomillion-Uyar of NY and Beverly (Morris) Bryant of SC; eight uncles Rickey, Ronald, Leonard, Mckinley (Cathy), and Keith all of NY; Peter (Anna) Pancak, Robert Pancak, and Ivan (Lenka) Pancak all of Slovakia; and a host of relatives, friends and acquaintances. Kimberely is predeceased by her grandfather Ruthers Gomillion, and her aunts Robin Gomillion and Barbara Wilson. 

Kimberely is loved dearly and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, February 8th at 3 o'clock at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home.
