Kinney J Harris

AIKEN- Kinney J. "Kendo" Harris, 66, beloved husband of Shelley Tucker Harris, passed away on January 29, 2022 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Born in Cumberland, Virginia he was a son to the Late Alfred Lee and Mary Childress Harris. Kinney will be remembered as being a hard-working man who loved his family but gave a special kind of love to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed working in his yard, but his favorite hobby was classic cars. Kinney attended and participated in classic car shows. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 39 years; a son, Kenny Harris, Jr.; a daughter, Katrina Harris-Williams; grandchildren, Talisha Harris, Shakeyah Williams, Takeyah Williams, Malaysia Williams, Markell Sims and Kayanna Harris; Great-grandchildren, Keymonte Harris, Deasia Brumsey, Madison Jackson, Madeline Jackson, Joy Meminger and Khance Lee; sister, Nancy Harris; brother, Willie Harris, and a host of nieces and nephews. Kinney was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Harris and Alfred Lee Harris, Jr. and sisters, Frances Clinton Harris and Nancy Miles. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 12, 2022 in the Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel from 11 o’clock until 1 o’clock.
