Laurie Louise Seigler

AIKEN, SC - It is with great sadness that the family of Laurie Louise Ockmand Seigler announces her passing on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at the age of 53 years.  She enjoyed the simple things in life like spending time in her garden, fishing, and enjoying every moment with her children and grand-children.  Laurie will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Paul Ockmand, Jr. & Billie Laurie Rogers Pittman, her sister, Melissa Efremoff Street, along with her children, Jessica Voss (Joel), Corey Beard (Aubrie), & Garrett Seigler.  She will also be fondly remembered by her three grand-children, Carson Beard, Houston Beard, and Theordore Voss (expected July). Visitation will take place Saturday May 13, 2017 from 6pm-8pm at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home.  The service celebrating her life will follow Sunday, May 14, 2017 at 3pm at Cedar Creek Church with Senior Pastor, Phillip Lee officiating. The family requests that donations towards burial expenses be sent to the funeral home.
