Aiken – Mrs. Mary Allen Snow Owen, 88, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021.
Mrs. Owen was born in Chesapeake, VA, the daughter of the late Arthur William Snow and Mary Isobel Bulla Snow. She had lived in Aiken since 1955, was a member of St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church, the Aiken Regional Medical Center Auxiliary, and the Aiken Symphony Guild.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Owen McDonald (Tom), Roanoke, VA, Elizabeth Owen Mann, Greenville, SC; a son, Kirkland Louis Owen (Cindy), Aiken; four grandchildren, Zachary P. Hill (Kate), Chesapeake, VA; Sara E. Hill Vivanco (Juan Carlos), Guatemala City; Mary Allen Mann Murphy (Mark), Greer, SC; and Fletcher Cullen Mann, III, Greenville, SC; as well as brothers, Daniel Bulla Snow, Hampton, VA, and Samuel Graves Snow (Ann), Oakridge, TN. Six great grandchildren, Owen and Mason Hill; Isabel and Sam Murphy; and Ciro and River Vivanco also survive her.
In addition to her parents, her husband, John Harding Owen, preceded her in death.
A private graveside service will be held in the St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church Cemetery.
