AIKEN – Mary M. Poole, 80, passed away Friday, March 02, 2018. A memorial service will be held 5:00 Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Shellhouse Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. Mrs. Poole was born in Lexington, SC to the late Doc and Estill Smith. She was a homemaker to her family and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Wells, Aiken; son, Eddie Hall, Aiken; grandchildren, Tori Poole, Antonio Poole; brother, Leroy (Martha) Taylor, Lexington, SC sister-in-law, Beatrice Derrick and numerous nieces and nephews.
