Michael Dale Boyer

AIKEN - On February 10, 2023, Michael Dale Boyer passed away at Aiken Regional Hospital, following an extended illness. Michael was the son of the late Kenneth Charles (Vera Landis) Boyer of Media, PA. He graduated from Haverford High School class of 1958, as a superior athlete, lettering in football, baseball, and basketball. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1963. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Germany. He loved to play golf and was a member of Houndslake Country Club and St. John's United Methodist Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Bedingfield Boyer, Patricia's children, Marie Mullis (Dr. William Edward) Durrett and Lynn Neil (Suzi) Mullis, and his sister Chris (Jim) Force. Grandchildren include Ann Nicole (Darren) Rodriguez, Spencer Neil (Brandy) Mullis, William Edward (McKaleigh) Durrett III, Warren Neil (Audrey) Durrett, and three great-grandchildren, Beau Spencer Mullis, Nan Marie Mullis , and Ginger Anne-Marie Durrett and is also survived by his beloved caretaker Mrs. Ruby Thomas.
