Patricia C. Marranci

PATRICIA C. MARRANCI, 84, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Thursday, March 30, 2023.

A native of Stamford, CT, Patricia was the youngest daughter of the late Harvey and Edith Magnason Carpenter.  She retired after several years as the executive secretary of New Covenant Presbyterian Church.  After retirement she continued to be very active with the church, serving her Lord and Savior on many volunteer programs within the community.

Surviving are two sons, Jimmy Marranci (Debra), North Augusta, Doug Marranci (JR), Smoke Rise, GA; granddaughters, Rebecca M. Whitson (Jason), Angela M. Anderson (Jordan); six loving great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband for over 46 years, Jim A. Marranci, Sr.; sisters, Myrt Eleck, Lois Haggerty and Dot Svenson.

The family will receive friends Saturday morning, April 15th beginning at 11 o'clock at New Covenant Presbyterian Church.  A memorial service will follow at noon.  Private interment will be in Aiken Memorial Gardens.
