Ramiro Tejeda-Carias

AIKEN, SC – RAMIRO TEJEDA-CARIAS, 67, beloved husband of Miriam Garrido, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Doctor’s Hospital, Augusta, GA.

     A native of Guatemala, Ramiro was a son of the late Pedro Tejeda and Laura Muñoz Tejeda.  He moved to California 1989 and had lived in Aiken since 2010.  Ramiro loved life, he loved fishing and golf and was a talented guitarist and singer.  He loved spending time with his family and loved working at the cabinet shop.  He was also an avid gardener and loved his puppy Toki

     Survivors include his wife, Miriam; his son, Joyver Tejeda, Monetta, SC; three brothers, Ricardo, Rolando and Evelio and a sister, Sara Tejeda.

     The family will receive friends Thursday evening, December 23^rd from 6 until 8 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.

     The funeral service will be Friday morning, December 24^th at 10:30 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Jairo Nuñez officiating.  Interment will follow in Bethany Cemetery.

AIKEN, SC - RAMIRO TEJEDA-CARIAS, 67, amado esposo de Miriam Garrido, falleció el martes 21 de diciembre de 2021 en el Doctor's Hospital, Augusta, GA.

     Nativo de Guatemala, Ramiro era hijo del fallecido Pedro Tejeda y Laura Muñoz Tejeda. Se mudó a California en 1989 y vivio en Aiken desde 2010. Ramiro amaba la vida, amaba la pesca y el golf y era un talentoso guitarrista y cantante. Le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia y le encantaba trabajar en la ebanistería. También era un ávido jardinero y amaba a su cachorro Toki.

     Los sobrevivientes incluyen a su esposa, Miriam; su hijo, Joyver Tejeda, Monetta, SC; tres hermanos, Ricardo, Rolando y Evelio y una hermana, Sara Tejeda.

     La familia recibirá a los amigos el jueves 23 de diciembre por la noche desde las 6 hasta las 8 en punto en Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home.

     El servicio fúnebre será el viernes 24 de diciembre a las 10:30 AM en la funeraria con el Pastor Jairo Nuñez oficiando. Seguirá el sepelio en el cementerio de Bethany.
