Robert Floy Billue, Jr.

AIKEN – Mr. Robert Floy Billue, Jr.,69, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at his residence. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Shellhouse Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at Nine Mile Methodist Church, Ellijay, GA 30540 on Thursday, May 24 at 3:00 PM. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Robert was born to the late Robert Floy and Sarah Council Billue, Sr. He graduated from the University of Auburn and spent his career working as a civil engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers and then retired from the Department of Energy. Robert was a member of Aiken’s First Baptist Church and was an avid “War Eagle” fan. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia O. Billue, Johnston, SC; two sons, Robert Floy (Laura Catherine) Billue III, Douglasville, GA,  Christopher Reagan Billue, Aiken; two grandchildren, Aubree S. Billue, Brice W. Billue; a sister, Jan Billue (Robert M.)
