AIKEN, SC – ROSITA COPE, 52, beloved wife of Jeffrey C. Cope, passed away unexpectedly Monday, July 26, 2021 at her residence.
A native of Cebu City, Philippines, Rosita was a daughter of the late Diego and Felisa Pacano Englatera. She lived in Aiken since 1990 and was the owner of four Subway Restaurants in Aiken, Graniteville, Jackson and Johnston.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey and sister, Mary Ann Benson and her husband Kenneth, all of Aiken.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated Friday, July 30th at 10 o’clock at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church on Fairfield St. Farewell prayers and commendations will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
