AIKEN, SC – SHARON JOHNSON, 71, widow of Thomas Manning Johnson, passed away Monday, March 14, 2022, in her home.
A native of Seneca, SC, Sharon was a daughter of the late Fletcher, Jr. and Annie Ruth Sosebee Jackson. She lived most of her life in Aiken and was a former chef at Hitchcock House.
Survivors include four children, Eddie Jordan (Catherine), Evans, GA, Stacey Swires (Joe), Aiken, Steven Jordan (Irish), Poulsbo, WA, Brandon Jordan, Graniteville; grandchildren, Chris Jordan (Maddalyn), Holly Jordan, Lauren Jordan, Jay Swires (Allyssa), Brittany Mohn, Madison Jordan, Cole Jordan, Emma Jordan, Parker Jordan; great-granchildren, Kennedy Jordan, Hadley Swires; brothers, Donald Jackson, Aiken, Mike Jackson (Cheryl), Aiken and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Sharon was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Jackson and Ricky Jackson.
A graveside service will be held Friday morning, March 18th at 11 o’clock in Aiken Memorial Gardens.
