Stephen Nephi Motta

AIKEN, SC - Stephen (Bucky) Motta, age 84, passed away on December 7, 2017.   He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Carolyn; his sister Nancy Martin; his brother Richard (Janice); his daughter Sue King (Henry), four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ambrose and Zelda; his son Michael and his grandson Matt. Steve attended Jordan High School, Utah State, University of Utah, University of Wisconsin and other schools as he was a life-long student.  He made a career as an educator at American schools overseas (DODDS) and traveled the world.  He lived in Salt Lake City, UT; Grace, ID; Japan; Germany; Morocco; Ethiopia; Falls Church, VA; Orlando, FL; and Park City, UT.
