Zelma Adams Roman

AIKEN - Mrs. Zelma Adams Roman, 94, widow of the late Walter C. Roman, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018.   A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Shellhouse Funeral Home with Tim Webb officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.   Mrs. Roman was born in Belle Vernon, PA to the late William T. and Emma Burton Adams. She had made Aiken her home since 1992. Mrs. Roman was a longtime member of the Aiken Newcomers’ Club and was the 2008 Volunteer of the Year for the Aiken Center for the Arts.
